Web Development In addition to building bwaltonwrites.com, I have helped students at two schools create online spaces to showcase their talent and build digital media skills. While teaching creative writing at Sebastian River High School, we created The Sharkle, a quarterly literary magazine of short stories, essays, poetry and artwork. As the journalism teacher at the Atlas American of Malaga, I helped students move their monthly newspaper, The Daily Bite, online. I am skilled in WordPress, Weebly, Blogger and several other content management platforms.
Student Publications I have edited and managed various front-facing student publications, most recently helping students at the Atlas American School of Malaga redesign their monthly newspaper. I also partnered with Hometown News Treasure Coast to publish a monthly column of student work in the community newspaper.
